Monday, May 9 - At a glittering party tonight celebrating the romance of Monaco, 200+ guests toasted the upcoming July 1 & 2 wedding of HSH Prince Albert and Miss Charlene Wittstock amid the dazzling jewels of Van Cleef & Arpels at NYC’s Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum.
Event organizer and Monaco’s Consul General in New York, Hon. Maguy Maccario led the toast and introduced VIPs including co-host, Princess Grace’s cousin and Chairman, Princess Grace Foundation–USA ( the event beneficiary) Hon. John Lehman; Prince Albert’s best-man-to-be, Chris LeVine, Monaco’s Ambassador to the United Nations H.E. Isabelle Picco and astronaut Buzz Aldrin.

ALL THAT THRILLS Wrap Up
Thursday, May 19 - The glamour of Monaco’s F1 Grand Prix came to NYC tonight, complete with a heady Monte-Carlo mix of vintage sports cars and vintage wine, hot tango dancers and chilled champagne… Organised by the Consulate General of Monaco and Monaco Tourist Office, the event raised $20,000+ for the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation-USA, celebrated next week’s Monaco Grand Prix (May 26-29), and marked the 100th anniversary of the birth of racing’s greatest legend, Juan Manuel Fangio – who won his first Grand Prix in Monaco in 1950. The Hon. Maguy Maccario welcomed H.E. Gilles Noghès, Ambassador of Monaco to the USA & Canada, whose father, Anthony, created the Monaco Grand Prix in 1929; Monaco’s Ambassador to the UN, H.E. Isabelle Picco, co-host H.E. José Luis Pérez Gabilondo, Argentina’s consul general in New York, Prince Mario-Max Schaumburg-Lippe, and NYC’s VIPs, media and business leaders.View event photos here.
